Affirming Co. “P.I.E.” Auction– March 15- following Church
2026 Theme is “Crafting Community”

P.I.E. stands for Public, Intentional and Explicit. This is the standard for our Affirming Community.
This Zoom and in-house Pie auction will raise funds to pay for the annual fee for Affirm United, with remaining money to be allocated to the Shaping Tomorrow Fund.

We are asking the Central community to donate homemade or purchased pies or Gift Cards to be auctioned. Any type of pie is welcome- fruit pie, ice cream pie, DQ pie, pizza, or meat pie!
By Tuesday March 11th, please notify Claire McWilliam claire.cleo.mcwilliam@gmail.com of the type of donation.
How to get your pies to the Auction??
If you are attending in person church or live in the Moncton area:
Bring the Pie/GC to Central on Sun March 15 OR take your pie to 98 Savannah Dr on Sat Mar 14th.
Successful bidders- be prepared to take your winning pie/GC home.
If you are a Zoomer and do not live in the Moncton area:
Donations can be sent by e-transfer to centralunitedchurch@nb.aibn.com or by cheque mailed to: Central United Church,150 Queen St. Moncton, NB E1C 1K8.
Identify the e-transfer or cheque (Central United Church) as intended for the Affirm Committee Pie Auction. Specify the type of pie you wish us to buy on your behalf. Contact claire.cleo.mcwilliam@gmail.com with details.
Gift cards that can be used locally or across Canada may be purchased and mailed to C. McWilliam-98 Savannah Dr. Moncton NB E1A 0L1.
Successful bidders: If the winning item cannot easily be delivered or mailed to you, please consider donating it to a friend, relative or charity in the Greater Moncton area.
